EOP grades pulled for April

What
EOP grades pulled for April
When
3/21/2018

Early Out Program (EOP) - after some discussion with several staff members, we have decided to implement our EOP process from a couple of years ago in an effort to incentivize students and to help with our Period 7 & 8 Enrichment / Support processes. This is not to be confused with the EOP programs at college/university campuses. Basically, students are able to earn the privilege of leaving after period 5 & 6 for a month at a time if they meet certain qualifications: Here is a quick rundown of what it takes to qualify for EOP for those that are new to us:
Must be a high school student
Must have a current GPA (defined as current grades for the current term) of no less than 3.0
Must not be carrying an incomplete in any class
Must have no significant behavioral incidents during the preceding time period as determined by administration
The above criteria must be in place at the designated time of evaluation (March 21st). EOP will begin April 3rd. Students must follow these guidelines to participate:
Must have a parent signed EOP Authorization Form turned into Student Services to receive an EOP pass for the next month.
Parents must agree to arrange transportation at the indicated time in a manner similar to regular-end-of-day pickup
Students must exit from front office and show pass to front office staff
Grades will be pulled on March 21st for the evaluation process for the month of April.
