Community Service

WSCA Community Service

There is a community service component to our graduation requirements. Although we recognize that students have a tendency to simply look at service hours as another accomplishment to check off the list in regards to earning their high school diploma, our vision is to instill a strong sense of personal and civic responsibility. Students who perform additional hours will receive special recognition at graduation.
Whether it's helping the elderly, poor, or homeless; cleaning up the community; serving at a faith-based institution; performing community service projects; or volunteering at a non-profit organization, make your community service hours count.
Required Community Service Hours = 60 hours

The Community Service Record Form and High School Volunteer Opportunities can be found by visiting the counseling page at community service info or stop by the counseling office for more information.
