Hello XC Runners! 

  

 
It is essential that you run over the summer. XC is a summer sport that is contested in the fall. If you show up when school begins out of shape, you will spend the rest of the season chasing your competition. I have attached summer workout schedules as well as a strength routine for you to follow. Please contact me if you need help selecting a plan or deciphering how the workouts are written. Summer practices will be unofficial and will be organized by our team leaders.
 
Our first day of practice has not been decided but generally follows this schedule: 
 
Practice for the HS is Monday thru Friday: 
Mondays and Fridays @ Granite Oaks from 4:00-5:30
Tues-Thurs @ WSCA from 3:45-5:30, except Wednesdays when we end at 5:00. 
 
Practice for the MS team is Monday/Wednesday:  
Mondays  @ Granite Oaks from 4:00-5:30
Wednesdays @ WSCA from 3:45-5:00
 
At WSCA we meet outside of Mrs. Stout's room.

All WSCA athletes must have a completed Athletic Packet on file once practice for the new school year officially begins. Only HS athletes need a current physical on file.
