Grease Work Day #2
This is our big "paint everything, build everything" day.
If you have rollers, paint trays, paint brushes, etc., bring them. I'm also looking for any white or cream leftover paint (I know almost everybody has half a gallon in their garage). Also, if you have old drop cloths laying around, send those as well.
I'm also looking for a dad or mom (or other adult) willing to cut out our forms for the car. I have 7/8" particle board so it will need a good jigsaw. We will then need to screw the forms and supports in place (but this may need to happen after school next week--anyone willing to help with either or both of these tasks, please email me).

Costume Parade-
ALL costumes checked, hair/make-up plans will be created per character.
Students are expected to show all costume changes (when not on stage).
Students should bring a box with a lid, plastic tote, or other container that can be closed to keep costume components and items in. Students also need to have their make-up kits pulled together. All students need their own eyeliner, mascara and lipstick. Colors will be specified for the students based on their character.
If there are any costume additions or changes needed, they will be communicated with the student.

TICKET SALES INFO
We will be doing our ticket sales both online and at school this year. Our district webmaster is linking PayPal to our school website, but will need a day or two to do this. This pushes our initial selling date back, but I will still be giving cast members a two day "head start" to purchase tickets before we open it up to general school and community population. This would be the time to get tickets purchased for yourselves, Grandma and Grandpa, and other close friends that you want to make sure they get good seats.
Our performance dates/times are: Wednesday May 14 at 7:00 pm (BLUE CAST), Thursday May 15 at 7:00 pm (GOLD CAST), Friday May 16 at 7:00 pm (BLUE CAST) and Saturday May 17 at 2:00 pm (GOLD CAST). Per our royalty agreement, we are limited to 250 tickets per show. We will be selling specific reserved seats (160) and open bleacher seats (90) at a cost of $10 reserved ($8 for ASB) and $8 open ($5 for ASB).
All orders for reserved seating will be tracked by the time they are purchased and will be assigned seats based on the order they come in (first come, first serve). Orders done by check or cash at school will be added to the queue at the end of the school day. One of our moms is organizing ticket sellers for lunch and after school time slots--and this changes the ticket sales time slots on the original SignUpGenius from me.
I'm looking forward to a great show--please make sure you've purchased tickets early to ensure you have a seat.
