"You are at the track masters tournament and the hurdler is having 10/10 tearing and cramping abdominal pain. She is able to stand and kind of run. She has soaked three pads in the last 4 hours. She states that she only needs to start the race and then she can go to the hospital. Her mom and dad are in Alaska, but accessible via phone. She is 17 years old. She is sweaty and cool to the touch with a rapid pulse."
