Instructions:
As a leader, often our hard work goes unnoticed. We have to understand that what we do isn’t for ourselves, but for everyone else. Every once in a while, it feels good to be recognized and complimented. This week, pay close attention to all of the leaders in your life. Notice their hard work, notice their achievements, notice all the cool things that they’ve done. At the end of the week, write them a letter reminding them just how special they are.
