1. Continue to practice the unit's vocabulary with the Quizlet.
2. Review the cultural comparison format and the listening comprehension strategies. Both documents are available on Google Classroom.

Make the necessary revisions to your work so you can earn credit for it. These revisions are due at the start of next class.

This is half of the lesson for today. For the second half, you watch about 40 minutes of "Coco" and begin to work on a worksheet that you'll turn in at the end of class. I just want to see your progress and I'll return it to you next class so you can complete it.

1. Please review slides 5-10 of the presentation and copy the notes on your Spanish only notebook. Make sure you know how to conjugate the three stem changing verbs where e->i.
2. Practice conjugating with the conjuguemos.com link on slide #10 or with the Quizlet.
3. Review the questions on category 3 of the alpha/beta questions. Know what the questions are asking.

1. Review the presentation on stem changing verbs (o->ue) and the conjugations for the verbs "dormir", "poder" and "almorzar". Copy these notes on your Spanish only notebook.
2. Answer the questions for category #2 of the alpha/beta questions. You will participate in your second practice next class with categories 1 and 2.

1. Review the presentation on how to tell time in Spanish and write the notes on your Spanish only notebook.
2. Study telling time with the Quizlet.
3. We'll review this in class and then you'll take a quiz.

You MUST submit your final draft to this assignment by the time class begins. If you don't, you will receive an incomplete for the presentational writing standard. All students will be presenting in front of the class and they will only be able to use a cheat sheet with Spanish keywords. Please review the beta checklist and email me if you have any questions.

You must bring a charged Chromebook to class the day you take the alpha. It requires you to complete research. If you don't have it, you WON'T be allowed to use a cellphone. You'll then have to wait until a classmate is done with his/her research to use theirs.

Answer questions 2, 4 and 5 of the study guide.

You aren't submitting anything to GC. I'll be collecting your graded rubric at the end of the period.

1. Finish writing your nine-sentence paragraph about yourself in Spanish. You must use the present tense and use a variety verbs (regular and irregular).
2. Take a few minutes to read the chapter assessment rubrics for both standards.
