NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FROM VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS. All cancellations and requests for refunds, if applicable, must be submitted in writing and mailed or faxed to USA’s office. Cancellations occurring after deposit but before 125 days prior to departure will result in loss of the non-refundable deposit, optional insurance costs if purchased, and any additional airline, hotel, minimum, activity or motor coach fees (if any).
