AYLA aims to celebrate and encourage sharing of cultural identity, as well as provide service opportunities and host events. AYLA strives to create a strong group of leadership-oriented individuals and aspires to spark conversations about Asian-Americans topics and issues, as well as teaching its members how to become active leaders in their community.
